Li Zongjhan is a moving image artist based in Taiwan. He holds a Master’s degree in Photography Arts with distinction from the University of Westminster, London. His first film, Johnny, was awarded with the Gold Prize at the LEXUS Short Film Taiwan during his pursuit of the degree of BFA in Painting and Multimedia at the Taipei University of the Arts. Li’s following projects have been shown internationally within the contexts including fine art, film and photography.

Li is engaged in fiction-based practices bridging still imagery, animation an
d film. He melts and moulds singular selves into multiple authenticities, creating realities that compete with the original, the monolithic and the normative reality.
